You can delete your Vonophone account and associated personal data at any time. This page explains how.
If you have the Vonophone app installed and can sign in:
This action cannot be undone from the app. You may create a new account later using the same email address.
If you cannot access the app, email us from the address linked to your account:

Include your registered email address. We will verify ownership and process your request.
When your account is deleted, we remove or anonymize personal data including:
Call records are anonymized (phone numbers and contact names removed from stored call metadata).
Some information may be kept where required by law or for legitimate business purposes:
We do not use retained anonymized data to identify you or contact you for marketing.
Deleting your account does not automatically refund unused prepaid calling credits. Store purchases (Google Play / App Store) follow the respective store refund policies. Contact support if you have questions before deleting.
